A single 4,900-square-foot floor was designed to operate as gallery, fabrication lab, residency, and brand activation space. The tension is resolved through deliberate contrast: blackened steel, raw concrete, and rough-sawn timber set against precise white surfaces and refined furnishings. The result functions as factory, gallery, and stage within a single continuous environment.
